In accordance with the declaration of the Covid-19 pandemic by The World Heath Organisation on 11th March 2020, guests may cancel any bookings made prior to this date without penalty and receive either a full refund or the option to rebook within twelve months of the date of original booking.

For all bookings made after 11th March 2020, our standard cancellation policy applies for any guests wishing to cancel for non Covid-related issues.

For all bookings made after 11th March 2020, guests wishing to cancel for Covid-related reasons (for example, imposition of quarantines in Barbados or the guest’s country of origin, material and adverse changes in commercial flight schedules, or Covid-related illness of a members of the guest’s party shortly before the booking date) may cancel without penalty and receive either a full refund or the option to rebook within twelve months of the date of the original booking.

This cancellation policy applies until 30th April 2021.
